Denise Drace-Brownell is a Senior Advisor at Epsilon Securities. She is also a principal in DDB Technology, a management consulting and restructuring firm, and heads life sciences and pharmaceutical projects.
With extensive strategic advisory, M&A, licensing, intellectual property, marketing and transactions experience, she has a track record in solving complex business challenges. She has accomplished profitable growth initiatives, turnarounds, restructuring, and premium sales of companies.
Drace-Brownell has held CEO, VP Corporate Development and General Counsel positions for a number of technology organizations, including life sciences and engineering corporations. Earlier she was Practice President of the medical branding unit of McCann Worldgroup, and a corporate attorney in Akzo Nobel’s US M&A unit.
Her clients have included Fortune 500s, mid-size, and development stage companies, including J&J, Myriad Genetics and Chevron.
Ms. Drace-Brownell holds B.S. from the University of Illinois; a Masters in Public Health (Toxicology) from Columbia University; a J.D. from Rutgers University with advanced work at the University of Pennsylvania; and a fellowship in law and IT from the University of Illinois.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of ZS Genetic.
