Jon David "JD" Friedland
JD Friedland is the founder and CEO of Epsilon Securities, and brings over 15 years of experience in medical and healthcare advisory. His client list includes such prominent firm as Abbott laboratories, Aetna, Fresenius and Pfizer. Prior to founding Epsilon, Mr. Friedland was head of U.S. Healthcare for Rothschild Inc. He has also held senior positions the Healthcare Group at Lazard Frères, Wasserstein Perella (later Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein) and Cowen & Company.
Mr. Friedland received a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Michael J. Samra
Michael Samra is a
financial analyst at Epsilon Securities. Michael works concurrently as a financial analyst for Mid-Market Securities, a boutique
investment bank located in New York City. He also worked as an analyst for
Investor’s Economic Assurance, a firm that provides third party accounting
and reporting services to private equity funds and their limited partners.
Michael received a
Bachelors Degree in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of
Business.
